NORDFILM has a park of 2 modern cutters, rewinders.
We transform film mainly for the food industry by microperforation, cutting and winding.
Film ‘playback’ operations and recovery of old film to adapt to the new dimensions are common and regular operations that we produce for our customers (processors or end users).

• Flexible films from 6 to 200 µm.
• Aluminium laminated films.
• Reels up to 1,000 mm in diameter and going till reels of 15 linear meters, in widths up to 1600 mm.
> The plant of Ruitz (Nord-Pas-De-Calais) has 1 cutting line with a capacity of 35 000 000 lm :
Line 1 :
• Width of unwinding/rewinding of 1600 mm.
• Cut from 50 to 1600 mm in width.
Line 2 :
• Width of unwinding/rewinding of 1400 mm.
• Cut from 50 to 1400 mm in width.
• Micro perforation on total or partial width according to plan.
Line 3 :
• Folding machine for printed film (folded in 2).
